Announcing the Autumn Wine Dinner Series

We invite you to explore Italy Past, Present and Future at Green Gables’ wine dinner series this fall. The two multi-course wine dinner series will feature the past in fine wines from historic Toscana, the present in fine wines from New Toscana (the coastal regions: Bolgheri, etc.), and the future in Campania and Sicilia, southern Italian regions that are bursting onto the international stage with fine wines made from indigenous grape varieties (some of which were nearly extinct only 50 years ago). Embark on this fine wine and food adventure when Wine Director Mary Louise Stoughton will speak about the wines and wine regions chosen to show Italy Past, Present and Future. Executive Chef Shay MacDonald will create menus of six plated courses to pair with the selected wines:
